When you shop Roxxy clothing boutique there are NO REFUNDS!
Exchanges are acceptable. The customer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the unworn item. If the customer doesn't contact us within those 3 days the sale is final. All sale items are final sale. Swimsuits/ Bodysuits - Are Final sale! No exchange or refund. All items purchased with a discount code or coupon is FINAL SALE!

When shopping Roxx Hair Collection all sales are final. All bundles are examined before shipping out.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. Once your package is shipped and you receive your tracking number, We Roxxy Revenge Styling is no longer responsible for your package. You must contact USPS and file a claim.
